We are a small business founded by two friends who have dedicated their lives to the meat trade. Since 31st October 1992, we have been operating from two shops. Our shared passion for quality meats and poultry led us to start our own business after working together at a meat-cutting plant. One of us comes from a family-run butcher shop, and we both saw an opportunity to offer superior meats and poultry to the public and catering trade.

I began my career as a meat packer in a factory, gradually working my way through various roles within the meat industry. As a licensed slaughterman with over 35 years of experience, I developed a passion for supplying only the finest meats to our customers.

Hailing from a family of butchers, with both my grandfather and father running their own shops, I grew up helping my father before and after school. This early exposure ignited my desire to become a butcher. After school, I worked in a meat factory, gaining valuable experience. Meeting Andy led us to combine our knowledge and expertise, resulting in the creation of Andrews Quality Meats Limited.
